In 1997, our BBQ adventure began in Texas with a simple Weber Little Smokey smoker. Through years of dedication and countless trials, we honed our craft, eventually upgrading to a competition-level smoker. Our passion for smoked meats led us to trade days, farmers markets, and festivals, where we shared our love for BBQ.
